My name is Michael C. Miller. At 68 years old, I bring with me the wisdom of an 8-year Army veteran and over three decades of experience as a Certified Surgical First Assistant. My wife Cora and I are blessed with 5 children and 10 wonderful grandchildren.

Compensation Plan for Turnkey Affiliate Marketing
The compensation plan for Turnkey Affiliate Marketing is designed to reward affiliates for both their personal sales and the sales generated by their downline (the people they recruit). The plan consists of four levels:
- 1st Level (Personal Sales): You earn a 50% commission on all sales you make directly.
- 2nd Level: You earn a 10% commission on all sales made by the affiliates you directly recruit.
- 3rd Level: You earn a 10% commission on all sales made by the affiliates recruited by your direct recruits.
- 4th Level: You earn a 10% commission on all sales made by the affiliates recruited by the affiliates in the 3rd level.
Clarification on Sales and Recruits
In this compensation plan, affiliate+ sales recur monthly. Therefore, making 5 sales means each sale will continue to generate commission every month as long as the customer remains subscribed.
Similarly, each ( Affiliate +) recruit counts as a recurring monthly sale. This means that, as in this example, if you recruit only 5 people, these recruits will continue to generate monthly commissions for you.
Example Scenario with Assumed Sales and Recruits
Let's assume the following sales figures:
- Each sale is worth $100.
- Each person recruits 5 people, each recruit counts as one recurring monthly sale.
1st Level (Your Personal Sales)
- Sales: 5 sales * $100 = $500
- Commission (50%): 50% of $500 = $250/mo.
2nd Level (Sales by Your Direct Recruits)
- Your 5 recruit sales
- Sales per Recruit: 5 recruits * $100 = $500
- Total Sales for 2nd Level: 5 recruits each * $500 = $2,500
